HOW TO TAKE CARE OF LATEX AND DATEX?
When you receive the latex coat, it is completely matte, and you need to apply latex spray before wearing it to make the clothes shiny.
After wearing datex and latex clothing,you should always clean them immediately,no matter how tired you are after a party!
Clean,dry and store

Wash the latex and datex in hot water,not boiling but too hot for your hands,with a small amount of mild hand soap or dishwashing soap(the brand does not matter,from whether it’s from Aldi,Jumbo,Dreft, Dubro,a house brand,etc.).Rinse it well so that no soap residue remains and dry the garment with a soft cloth (rubbing too hard can leave scratches,which are irreparable).Or the easier option,you can jump in the shower with your outfit and wash your hair and the latex will be rinsed clean by itself.Gently pull off the latex and rinse with clean water.Washing latex in the washing machine makes no sense,because latex has no fibres.
Dry and store
You can hang the latex and datex to dry.When it’s dry,store it horizontally.Otherwise,clothes hanger will leave imprints in the latex.And latex and datex should not be tumble dried or ironed!At least,anything is allowed,of course,but it does not benefit the latex.When the clothes are dry (dry really well,so after 24-36 hours!),sprinkle some talcum powder between the overlapping parts(only on the inside),and treat the outside with silicone spray or polish (water-based).You can also treat everything completely with silicone instead of talcum powder.Datex only needs silicone on the outside,the latex side.Then store in a cool,dark place in craft/wrapping paper or plastic bags (acid-free).
NB!Do not use rice paper,which can contain plasticizers that affect the latex and damage it irreparably. You can possibly wrap metal haberdashery with tissue paper.Also note that latex can ‘bleed’due to the pigment in the latex.So red latex stains lighter colors.Make sure that those colors are not on top of each other.
Never let latex and datex freeze!So if you’re going to a party in the winter,bring all the latex clothes inside.Don’t leave it in the car or a locker outside.Unfortunately,the latex will be damaged if you do so.And keeping the latex in the guest room,under the tanning bed,is also not a good idea …
